The Halifax Developments Map is a free, public, parcel-level reference for every active residential and mixed-use development in the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM). It currently tracks nearly 700 active developments and more than 30,000 units in the HRM development pipeline, synthesized from about 80 HRM open-data, planning, and permit sources.
It is built and published by Helio Urban Development, a computation-driven real estate development company that computes and develops multifamily projects in Halifax.
